True to form The Boathouse is holding another night that I wish I could go to.  Ale, Cider and Cheese in one night sounds pretty idyllic.

Alas, I can't, I live too far away but here's the poster I designed for it.

The Six Nations

The Six Nations kicks off this weekend and my regular client The Boathouse, in Falmouth, will of course be showing all the games.

Fo'c'sle - The Boathouse

The Boathouse has recently been undergoing extensive building works, adding a new room.  This room has been dubbed the Fo'c'sle (Forecastle - The forecastle was originally a castle-like structure at the front of Medieval ships used by archers to shoot down on the enemy.)

Yet again another little piece of work for the Boathouse pub in Falmouth.  This one's quite self explanatory, they wanted a poster that they could update when necessary with the dates of the pub quiz.

Another one from a few weeks ago and another mad idea from The Boathouse in Falmouth, in celebration of Brad filming his zombie apocalypse movie down there, came this poster.

Captain Pugwash & Scrufts - An Alternative Dog Show at The Boathouse

Captain Pugwash was born out of another new poster for The Boathouse, Falmouth. For their alternative dog show, Scrufts, I had to come up with something nautical and fun, Pugwash seemed appropriate. Anyway, I felt he didn't get the attention he deserved sat on the boat so I made him into a piece on his own.

Pulp Fiction Night at The Boathouse

I've just finished this new poster for The Boathouse's Pulp Fiction evening, coming up on 2nd July. I've really enjoyed having a pre-defined template to work against in order to create a parody poster. We may see more of these cropping up in the near future. I fancy taking on more of my favourite films
